2021 IM SONNENSCHEIN Riesling GG
"The 2021 Im Sonnenschein Riesling GG offers a pure, dense and aromatic nose with notes of crushed limestone, herbs, citrus fruits and mocha beans. Round, lush and savory on the palate, with very fine, crystalline acidity, fine tannins and sustainable salinity, this is a full-bodied, rich and complex, even powerful but always juicy, elegant and refined Riesling with enormous substance and saline terroir expression. This is based on the fruit of Rebholz's oldest vines, which were planted in 1961. Basket-pressed. Good punch. 12.5% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022."

2021 KASTANIENBUSCH Riesling GG
"The 2021 Kastanienbusch Riesling GG shows pure, fresh and elegant, juicy, ripe and concentrated fruit with herbaceous spicy aromas. Dense, lush and savory on the palate, with fine mineral acidity and highly elegant, juicy-savory fruit, this is a very long, mineral and tensioned Kastanienbusch with great purity, salinity and highly finessed texture. The finish is fresh and lemony, pure and salty, stimulating and vital, demanding and powerful. It's a very expressive Kastanienbusch. 12.5% stated alcohol. Tasted in Wiesbaden in August and again at the domaine in November 2022."

2021 GANZ HORN Riesling GG
"The 2021 "Ganz Horn" Riesling GG displays clear, bright, pure and elegant, flinty and citric fruit on the complex and finely aromatic nose. Pure, fresh and intense on the palate, with round and elegant fruit, this is a straightforward, mineral but also round and juicy Riesling with a lot of expression. It's a rich, long-lived Rebholz classic! 12.5% stated alcohol. Tasted in Wiesbaden, August 2022."

2021 MANDELBERG Weißer Burgunder GG
"From a cooler, east-facing slope on Muschelkalk limestone soils and vinified in stainless steel, the 2021 Mandelberg Weisser Burgunder GG opens with a pure, fresh, elegant and flinty bouquet with lemon juice notes. Full-bodied, rich and generous on the palate, this is an intense but elegant and refreshing Pinot Blanc with fine tannins and lingering mineral tension and salinity. It's not as pure or puristic as the Im Sonnenschein, but it's richer and more textural. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in Wiesbaden in August and at the domaine in November 2022."

2020 IM SONNENSCHEIN Spätburgunder GG
"The 2020 Im Sonnenschein Spätburgunder GG offers a noble, pure, fresh, intense, very fine and elegant bouquet of red fruits intertwined with flinty notes of crushed stones and herbs. Silky, round and lush on the palate, this is a generous, refined and persistently saline Pinot Noir with intense and juicy fruit and remarkably fine and spicy tannins. This is an extraordinary red that is surely the finest Pinot Noir in the history of Ökonomierat Rebholz so far. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022."

2021 SCHÄWER Riesling GG
"The first Schäwer from Rebholz comes from a 0.3-hectare plot bought from Gregor Messmer. The 2021 Schäwer Riesling GG comes from the stony, barren slate soil that slopes south. Based on the fruit from 30-year-old vines, the wine opens with a clear, pure and elegant nose of ripe, bright fruit and subtle spice with citrus notes but also some warmth. Juicy, round and savory on the palate, this is a pure and saline, very finessed and elegant Riesling with no fruit flesh but a rather ethereal taste of melting stones. The acidity is ripe and very fine and perfectly interwoven with the salinity and texture of this beautiful firstling that I tasted at the domaine in November this year and before that in August in Wiesbaden, where I still described the wine as rich and substantial on the palate, even somewhat sweet or round, yet found the finish stimulating saline as well. The first tasting was from a bottle poured many times, yet the more recent one was from a bottle just opened for my tasting. 13% stated alcohol."

2021 IM SONNENSCHEIN Weißer Burgunder GG
"From hard Muschelkalk limestone soils and vinified in stainless steel until July of the following year, Rebholz's 2021 Im Sonnenschein Weisser Burgunder GG offers a pure, precise and flinty, lemon-scented nose with perfectly ripe and precise white fruit aromas. Very fine and elegant on the palate, this is a round and juicy, very intense but stimulating, savory and saline Pinot Blanc with fine tannins and serious mineral grip and tension on the long and aromatic finish. This is another superb Im Sonnenschein of the 2021 vintage. This comes from 30-year-old vines whose destemmed grapes were basket-pressed for eight to ten hours. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022."

2021 "R" Chardonnay trocken
"From different vineyards on calcareous soils and vinified in French barriques, the 2021 Chardonnay offers a pure, fresh and flinty as well as intense and rich, finely oaky but also saline bouquet of ripe fruits and cracknel. Round, lush and elegant on the palate, it has ripe and intense fruit and saline acidity that carries this very attractive Chardonnay to a very good finish. This is a medium to full-bodied, elegant and refreshing Chardonnay on a pretty high level. There is fine grip and mineral tension on the saline and stimulating aftertaste. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022."

2020 Spätburgunder "Förster" trocken
"Produced since 2016 (which tastes brilliantly spicy, fresh and elegant today), the 2020 Spätburgunder Siebeldingen "Förster" is from gravelly soils and opens with a coolish, fresh and very spicy bouquet of red fruits and toast. Remarkably round and silky on the palate, this is a very elegant, finessed and juicy Pinot with very fine tannins and stimulating saline acidity that carries the wine to a long, tart and aromatic finish. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022."
